1. General

• All sales are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
• By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Pricing

• All prices are in INR (₹)
• Prices are subject to change due to:
  • Market fluctuations
  • Supplier price changes
• Final price is confirmed at the time of order/payment

3. Payment Terms

• Orders are processed only after:
  • Full payment, OR
  • Advance payment (as agreed)
• Balance payment (if any) must be completed before delivery

4. Order Confirmation

• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled
• Custom-built PCs are non-cancellable once assembly has started

5. Product Availability

• All products are subject to stock availability
• In case of unavailability:
  • Equivalent or upgraded product may be offered
  • Customer approval will be taken

6. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates only
• Delays may occur due to:
  • Logistics issues
  • Supplier delays
• Vues Technologies is not responsible for such delays

7. Installation & Usage

• Customers must ensure:
  • Proper power supply
  • Safe usage of components
• Any damage due to improper usage is not covered

8. Warranty

• Products carry manufacturer warranty only
• Vues Technologies provides:
  • Service support for custom builds (1 year)
• Warranty does NOT cover:
  • Physical damage
  • Burnt components
  • Liquid damage
  • Overclocking damage

9. Returns & Refunds

• Governed by our Return & Refund Policy
• No returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by customer

10. Liability

• Vues Technologies is not liable for:
  • Data loss
  • Software issues
  • Indirect damages
• Maximum liability is limited to:
  👉 Invoice value of the product

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Supply chain disruptions

12. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Tamil Nadu jurisdiction only.
