At Vues Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality products and custom-built systems. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of custom-built PCs and hardware components:

• Custom-built PCs are NOT eligible for return or refund once delivered and accepted.
• Returns are accepted only in case of DOA (Dead on Arrival) or verified defects.

For eligible returns:

• Product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
• No physical damage, tampering, or modification
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if replacement is not possible
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Return Shipping

• If the product is defective → we cover return shipping
• For any other approved return → customer bears shipping cost

Warranty

• Custom PC builds come with 1-year service warranty (labor & assembly only)
• Individual components are covered under manufacturer warranty (1–5 years)
• Warranty does NOT cover:
  • Physical damage
  • Electrical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Unauthorized modifications

DOA / Defective Products

If your product is defective or damaged:

• Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange:
  • Replacement OR
  • Repair OR
  • Manufacturer RMA support

Important Notes

• No return/refund for:
  • Change of mind
  • Compatibility issues not discussed prior
  • Price changes after purchase
• Prices are subject to market fluctuations
